First modulo: Sensory experiences

In this part of the programme the student familiarises himself with their own bodily sensations thanks to careful attention of its expériences in "here an now".  Painted studies of these sensations allow the awakenig of a real awareness of the body's existence and its faculties. Workin with the five senses opens the way to the path of unexplored cration and enables the student to be aware of his interior richness and uniqueness.

The exercises of observation proposed examine three functions of the body:

Breath, sensations and expériences of the five senses.

So as this intangible and fleeting journey of intuition and sensation comes to the surface of consciousness, all exercises are verbalised by a written work.
